Hash & timestamp
The submission and every file are SHA-256 hashed the moment they land. That combined hash becomes the idea's fingerprint.
Build the record
Invite contributors, log their input, propose an economic allocation. Every edit creates a new hashed version — nothing is overwritten.
Publish a teaser
A sanitized public summary goes live on the exchange. The private solution stays locked until you approve access.
License or acquire
Vet inbound access requests, move real interest into a deal — sale, license, royalty, joint venture, or advisory.
